“The Nine Lives of Chloe King” é um drama adaptado de três livros de Celia Thomson. O projeto foi anunciado em outubro de 2010, com adaptação de Dan Berendsen. A produção é da Alloy Entretainment.
Na história, Chloe (Skyler Samuels) é uma jovem que ao completar 16 anos descobre ter super poderes. Sendo descendente de uma raça que vive na Terra há milênios, agora ameaçada de extinção, ela passa a ser perseguida por misteriosas criaturas.
No elenco também estão Amy Pietz (Tudo por um Gato/Caroline in the City), Grey Damon (visto em True Blood), Grace Phipps, Benjamin Stone (10 Things I Hate About You), Alyssa Diaz (Southland) e que Hong Lee (visto em “A Vida Secreta de uma Adolescente Americana).
Foram encomendados 10 episódios, e a previsão de estréia é ainda para este ano de 2011.
