O canal USA vai exibir uma nova série, que traz para a televisão um tema muito conhecido dos brasileiros: o crime do colarinho branco. A nova série policial, que se chamará "White Collar", acaba de ser encomendada pela emissora, e já está sendo produzida pela Fox Studios.
A série terá 13 episódios na primeira temporada e sua história girará em torno de Neal Caffrey, interpretado por Matthew Bomer ("Chuck"), um trapaceiro brilhante que contra sua vontade acaba se tornando parceiro do chefe da divisão de investigação de crimes do colarinho branco do FBI, Peter Burke, vivido por Tim DeKay ("Carnivale").
Peter Burke persegue Neal Caffrey durante muito tempo, e quando finalmente o captura, ele o prende apenas para vê-lo fugir da prisão. Depois da fuga, Peter consegue capturá-lo novamente e propõe uma parceria: para ele não voltar à prisão deverá ajudar o FBI a capturar outros criminosos.
O elenco conta ainda com Tiffani Thiessen ("Fastlane", "Barrados no Baile") e Willie Garson ("Sex and the City"). O piloto da nova trama terá 90 minutos e já foi gravado.
