Enredo: Mostra a rotina de um hospital sobre os olhares das enfermeiras. Veronica Callahan é uma dessas enfermeiras. Ela acabou de voltar para o Mercy Hospital após passar um tempo no Iraque, e sabe mais medicina do que todos os residente juntos. Juntamente com as colegas enfermeiras Sonia e Chloe, vão lidar diariamente com traumas e questões sociais de vida e amor, dentro e fora do hospital.
