Sinopse: Trazendo o tema médico com mais adrenalina e veracidade, a série é focada em um dos ramos mais perigosos da profissão: os paramédicos de primeiros socorros. Quando aparece uma emergência, a equipe de traumas do hospital San Francisco General é acionada e entra em cena fazendo o que for preciso para tentar salvar a vida das vítimas.
