“Chaos“ é a nova série da CBS que estreia no dia 1º de abril nos EUA, criada por por Tom Spezialy, um dos produtores de “Reaper” e “Desperate Housewives”.
Na história, agentes da CIA enfrentam a burocracia, os interesses políticos e a incompetência de funcionários para conseguirem realizar suas missões.
O grupo é liderado por Rick (Freedy Rodriguez, de “A Sete Palmos”), um agente da Clandestine Administration and Oversight Services -- CHAOS, que teme ser abandonado por seus companheiros durante alguma missão em território hostil. Manipulado por Higgins (Kurtwood Smith, de “That ’70s Show”), psicólogo do departamento, ele é encarregado de espionar os colegas.
Os demais agentes são: Michael (Eric Close, de “Whitout a Trace”), um paranóico responsável por elaborar as missões de campo; Billy (James Murray, de “Primeval”), um escocês que foi afastado do Serviço Secreto Britânico e deportado do Reino Unido; e Casey (Tim Blake Nelson), um veterano que trabalha há 12 anos na agência e é capaz de se transformar em uma arma humana.
No elenco também estão Christine Cole (Adele) e Carmen Ejogo (Fay).
